Job description
Description: Customer Service Representative
Job Type: Variable shifts (1 day off)
Working hours: 10 hours including 1h break.

Job Duties:
Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, whats app and social media.
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

Maintains customer records by updating account information.
Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
Handle changes in policies or renewals.
Handling mapping on google maps and following with delivery agents.

Gender: Any
Graduated is a must.
Salary: Start from 5000 EGP + bonus every 4 months.
