نبذه عن الوظيفة
الإدارة هي عملية تحقيق الأهداف المرسومة بالاستخدام الأمثل للموارد المتاحة، وفق منهج مُحدّد، وضمن بيئة معينة والإدارة فرع من العلوم الاجتماعية، وهي أيضًا عملية التخطيط والتنظيم والتنسيق والتوجيه والرقابة على الموارد المادية والبشرية للوصول إلى أفضل النتائج بأقصر الطرق وأقل التكاليف المادية. وتعتبر الإدارة من أهم الأنشطة الإنسانية في أي مجتمع، على أساس اختلاف مراحله، تطوره، وذلك لما للإدارة من تأثير علي حياة المجتمعات لارتباطها بالشؤون الاقتصادية، والاجتماعية، والسياسية. ولأن الإدارة هي التي تقوم بجمع الموارد الاقتصادية وتوظيفها لكي نشبع بها حاجات الفرد والجماعة في المجتمع. فبالإدارة يصنع التقدم الاجتماعي، وعليها تعتمد الدول في تحقيق التقدم والرخاء لمواطنيها، والإدارة الناجحة هي الأساس في نجاح المنظمة وتفوقها على منافسيها.

أنواع الإدارة
الإدارة العامة: تتميز بكونها تعمل في ظروف احتكارية، تؤدي خدمات عامة ليس هدفها الربح إنما الخدمة واجب، تلتزم قاعدة مساواة المواطنين أمام الخدمة دون تمييز، كما أن هذه الإدارة تعتبر ذات مسؤولية عامة وضخمة وفيها عدد كبير من الموظفين.
إدارة الأعمال: تتميز بروح المنافسة الحادة كما أن هدفها الأسمى هو تحقيق أقصى ربح ممكن عن طريق إدارة المشروعات الخاصة وهي عادة أصغر من الإدارات العامة، وفيها عدد أقل من الموظفين.

Top Edu Academy seeks to provide the best educational quality to our Arab and Egyptian students wishing to study abroad with the least tuition fees. We spare no effort in researching and illustrating the best route for each student after studying his file in brainstorming sessions with a group of educational consultants with doctoral degrees in different scientific fields. Our service is not limited to only obtaining the university acceptance, we are also standing by their side at least all the time during the first year of their studies.

Job Description
Submitting new applications for students in foreign universities through direct contact with our partners or through universities portals with a clear and suitable language including the payments, refunds and online classes.
Helping students to prepare the embassy files, book embassy appointments and train them for the embassy interview and handling refusal cases until they get the visa.
Following up the embassy’s website regarding the new visa requirements, processes and decisions.
Handling the accommodation process after the student obtains the visa.
Following up with the students abroad after obtaining their visa through our partners/agencies.
Handling offline and online meetings with our partners regarding new requirements for those universities.
Searching for new majors, divisions, specializations, programmes and contacting new universities to cooperate with our company.
Handling all daily tasks & weekly reports related to the admission process.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (language major is preferred).
From 0 to 2 years of experience in related field.
Excellent command of English (Written & Verbal).
Excellent communication skills (Written & Verbal).
Excellent time management and organizational skills with strong attention to details.
Effective translation and searching skills.
Effective problem solving skills.
Good Knowledge of MS Office applications.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadline while maintaining the professional standards.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Non-gender based.
Giza Residents are preferred.
