Job Description
Shgardi’s hiring an Operation Agent to manage customer queries and complaints, ( Live chat – Order Tracking – Logistics ).
Increase the level of customer satisfaction which is the company’s first priority.
Receiving the couriers/customers issues through our support channel, then solving them.
Tracking orders and calling the pending orders’ beneficiaries to solve any pending issue related to the orders.
The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
Follow up with the couriers on the application.
Job Requirements
Experience in food delivery apps “ Operation – Logistics “
Bachelor’s Degree, and undergraduate in the gap year welcome to apply.
Ready to start immediately.
Very Good to use Excel and Google Sheets.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Maximum Age : 26 Year.

Working Hours : 8 Hours – 30 min break.
Working Location : Maadi.
Working Days: 5 Days Rotational.
Days off : 2 Days Rotational.
Medical Insurance after 3 months.
