Job Description
Handle customer service operations
Handle customers complaints and provide proper solutions
Respond to enquiries from call center agents through calls and email
Coordinate technicians visits to customers
Handle walk-in customers and provide the required service

Job Requirements
Familiar with CRM tools and other computer skills
Communication skills, negotiations skills
Work experience in the field of home appliances service operations is a plus
