Deal with the shipment companies
Handle Customers who are having delayed orders
Contact with shipment companies through Phone calls or Emails Effectively
Suggest to the client alternative suitable solutions or products to avoid any order cancelation
Provide the client with detailed information about any products

Job Requirements

Graduated.
Good in English.
Good communication skills.
Top handling skills and sales skills.
Previous experience in customer service.
