A well known Law firm located in Nasr City is looking to hire “Administrative Assistant” with Excellent English and proven experience in Administration

Location: Nasr City
Working hours: 10:00 to 6:00
Salary : Negotiable
Days off: Friday & Saturday
Experience: from 1 to 8 years

Duties & Responsibilities:
●She Will screen phone calls, inquiries and requests, and handle them when appropriate;
●She Will greet and assist visitors;
●She Will direct clients to the appropriate staff member;
●She Will carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc.;
●She Will manage correspondence (emails, letters, packages etc.);
●She Will store, manage and track company’s documents;
●She Will devise and maintain office systems, including data management;
●She Will produce documents, brief papers, reports and presentations;
●She Will handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers; and
●She Will respond to public inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Proven experience from 1 to 8 years ;
  • Must be Unveiled
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English;
  • Fast in typing (English and Arabic);
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
