Job Description

  • Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, product information, and order processing.
  • Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist customers with product selection, recommendations, and technical support related to gaming products.
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain knowledge of the latest gaming trends and product releases to better assist customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Document and report recurring customer issues for process improvement.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in a customer service role.
A passion for gaming and a deep understanding of gaming products and technologies.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-centric attitude.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
preferably Giza residents.
High school diploma or equivalent.
