Administrative Assistant for GLC

Job Description
Manage scheduling for department head
Provide general support to visitors
Develop and maintain a filing system
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Draft, review and send communications on behalf of department head
Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive
Prioritize emails and respond when necessary
Coordinate travel arrangements
Maintain various records and documents
Serve as a liaison between manager and other parties

Job Requirements
Excellent communication skills both in English and Arabic
Time-management skills
Ability to pay attention to detail
Organization skills
Ability to multitask
Advanced Microsoft Suite Skills (Word | Power Point | Excel)
Interpersonal skills
