Customer Support Specialist for Innovations Group UAE

This is an urgent hiring, next batch will start 1st of May

Company name : Tamara
Salary is : 7475 EGY (Net salary) plus Bonus .
Working hours: Egypt Shift timings – 8:00 am – 5:00pm and 2:00pm – 11:00 pm (1 hour lunch break included) Rotational .
Two days off : Rotational
Preferably Ex vodafone and Ex Sutherland .

Job description :
Responsible for providing answers to customers queries through website and live chat related to Tamara’s services.
Answer E-mails and respond to live chats in an efficient manner.
Reviewing customer accounts and transactions while resolving issues
Giving detailed explanations of services.
will take inbound calls if it’s needed in peak times
Fluency in English Language, B1 profile
Previous customer service experience or call center experience is a must
