Content Creator for National Care Group

Scope of Work
Manage our social media accounts by implementing strategies and tactics that grow our followers, engage, and retain them, and help convert them into leads, customers, and active fans and promoters of our company.

Responsibilities
Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for company websites, blogs, marketing materials, and similar platforms.
Conducting research and interviews to learn more about current trends, developments, and perceptions about the subject matter and contextualize your findings.
Assisting the creative team with the design of promotional materials.
Collaborating with internal departments to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify and solve problems.
Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
Monitoring social media and company website metrics.
Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to optimize content

Advise on new ways to promote company offerings and reach consumers.
Edit and proofread written pieces before publication
Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g. comments and shares)
Measure web traffic to content (e.g. conversion and bounce rates)
Identify customers’ needs and recommend new topics
Attending meetings with key stakeholders to document ideas and report findings
Gathering key ideas and plans from different meetings and correspondence to compile and produce useful reports
Effectively communicating ideas and plans through marketing Presentations
Establish key business benchmarks and milestones to keep moving forward

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, medicine, mass comm., marketing, or relevant disciplines
2+ years of experience as a content creator
Excellent Project Management skills
Strong Analytical Skills
Attention to details
High level of creativity
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Strong Critical thinking skills, decision-making, and problem-solving
Strong People Skills
Understanding of SEO best practices
Demonstrated excellence in writing, proofreading, and editing.
Excellent research, organizational, and time management skills.

Work Conditions:
Work Conditions: On-Site
Working Hours: From 9:00 AM to 4.30 PM
Work Location: 1st Settlement, New Cairo
Salary: 8000 EGP
