HR Intern for COLORS

ABOUT US:
COLORS is a beauty chain that was established on 2001. COLORS is specialized in supplying high-end perfumes and makeup brands to the Egyptian consumers. With the expansion of the business and the introduction of a wide range of makeup brands, COLORS started to be the main supplier for the majority of the makeup artists in Egypt.

Internship Description
At COLORS you will be doing the following:

Learning about different sourcing techniques, tools, and platforms.
Learning about conducting different types of interviews.
Responsible for the recruitment administrative tasks (sending invitations, filing & archiving duties).
Following up on candidates’ joining dates and hiring documents.
Conducting phone screening and scheduling appointments.

Benefits & working conditions:
paid internship.
5 working days a week.
8 working hours.
Location: Heliopolis.
Duration: 3 – 6 Months Based on performance.

Internship Requirements
Fresh Graduate from a relevant major from a reputable university ( GUC – FUE – BUE)
Excellent Command of English Language.
Excellent communication skills with passion towards HR field.
Basic knowledge of recruitment
Ready to start immediately.
