Customer Service Representative for Quick Booking

We are a fast-growing company located in New Cairo, Egypt, providing high-quality customer service solutions to clients in the United States.

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Customer Service Agent to join our team. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients based in the United States. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be fluent in English (B1 level or higher), and be able to work fixed shift from 03 pm till 12 am.

Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and chat
Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
Document customer interactions and escalate issues when necessary
Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services
Meet and exceed performance metrics and targets

Salary:
The salary for this position ranges from 6000 to 9000 according to the candidate’s experience and knowledge.
