مهارات التواصل:
لإنك ستتحدث مع العملاء بشكل رئيسي في عملك، يجب أن تمتلك مهارات التواصل التي ستجعلك تتمكن من إجراء حديث مثمر مع العملاء و تحقيق المبيعات بشكل لطيف من دون تطاول أو تجاوز للحدود.
