Job Description
An International Company based in the United States is seeking Customer Service agents for a call center office in New Cairo, Egypt.
Working hours: 3:00 pm to 12:00 am (Late Hours throughout the year)
Weekends are on Saturdays and Sundays
Salary: 11,000 to 13,000 EGP

Agents are required to be able to perform all the following tasks daily:
Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or social media
Manage large amounts of incoming calls
Responding to a large number of daily emails
Chat with customers on our website
Video calls with our customers to help them out
Greet customers warmly and ascertain the problem or reason for calling
Assist with the placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
Selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the customer’s problem
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up daily.
Doing an online meeting weekly with the head office in the USA
Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information
Take payment information and other pertinent information such as credit cards, addresses, and phone numbers
