Corporate Communications Specialist for ADIB – Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank
Job Purpose:
To develop and implement all art & design work activities indoors to reduce outsourcing expenses, and to effectively promote the bank’s core values, corporate images and goals internally & externally.

Accountabilities:
External
Improves and advances internal communications art work means (monthly newsletter, weekly tips, announcements…)
Ensures high readership and interaction by Work on presenting information in an attractive manner
Creates more communication tools by applying innovated methods
Creates the Bank events in a slide show material & Uploading on Internet with handy hyperlinks in internal announcements for staff.

Internal
Updates the bank’s designs by Cooperating with Marketing departments.
Ensures the well Organizing & logistics for the external Events by working with the external communication team.
Initiates creative ideas for the weekly tips & creating new sections for the monthly newsletter by working with the internal communication Team.
Handles the logistics of internal activities e.g. Football tournaments. CSR.

CSR
Ensures and handles the technical affairs in uploading materials on intranet by Cooperating with IT Dept.
Finalizes Invoicing Cycle process and handles expenses process (in & out) and following up Dept. budget (actual & expected expenses) by Communicating with Finance Dept.
Carries out the approved donations expenses & following up its budget according to Dept. Head instructions and the planned donations per year.
And any other assigned Tasks
