Sr. Sales Ops Support Spec for Visa
Job Scope
Responsibilities include providing Sales and Client support to the CEMEA Sales organization on various matters ranging from order acceptance, quoting, best practices, pricing approvals, DocuSign or liaising with other departments for responses and resolution.
Provide support to the CEMEA Sales organization regarding the structuring of Microsoft Dynamics accounts and opportunities.
Review Pricing Quotes for accuracy and completeness, while ensuring quotes are approved within pricing and discount guidelines and adherent to policy.
Sales Order & Contract Processing – fully accountable for the end-to-end sales order and contract processing of all sales contracts in CEMEA. Ensure completed contracts have correct approvals before closing, ensure contracts are signed by designated entity signatories, close off opportunities in Microsoft Dynamics.
Maintain and ensure field compliance of sales policies, procedures, and rules of engagement related to all aspects of Sales Operations including approval requirements, escalation processes, and compliance with standard guidelines.
Assist and support the Sales Team with processes, training, and documentation.
Support Global Billing Operations Team – act as the first point of contact for the global billing operations team to support on all queries relating to new contract set ups.
Specific project work – involvement with regional and global projects that directly relate to supporting Sales effectiveness.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Sales environment for a Hi-Tech/Software development Company. A understanding of the end-to-end sales process as well as an understanding and experience with the broader sales tools landscape.
Apttus CPQ experience preferred.
Sales CRM experience required – MS Dynamics experience preferred.
Intermediate Excel plus strong Word and PowerPoint skills required
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and pick up new skills quickly.
Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
Excellent communications skills, with the ability to communicate and present effectively to internal teams in both 1:1 and group settings.
