We’re hiring Customer Service, Retentions and Content Moderation Advisors to join our fun-loving team in Porto, Matosinhos or Lisbon working alongside some of the world’s biggest and well-known brands.

About you:
To qualify for one of our roles, all you need is …
High school diploma;
Some customer service experience;
Solid communication and listening skills including a friendly telephone manner;
You care about customers, helping to solve their problems quickly and have a high sense of responsibility and attention to detail;
Can-do attitude and a genuine desire to leave the customer with a positive experience;
PC literate and know how to use Word, Excel and Outlook. Learning new systems is something you can do easily;
Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally;
You’re great at multitasking, including the ability to be flexible and adapt to changes quickly;
Can work in a team and independently;
Ability to rotate shifts, as needed.
