Receptionist for OPPO Egypt

Job Description
1.Receiving the customers

  1. Handle the customer complaint
  2. Register all data on the System (customer data and mobile data)
  3. Complaint analysis
  4. Troubleshooting
  5. Contact with the maintenance department
  6. Deliver the mobile to the customer after fixing
  7. Contact with the warehouse department for the accessories and spare parts price.
  8. Receiving money from the customer
  9. Contact with the financial department to finalize all financial cases
  10. Report to the manager

Job Requirements
Max. age: 22-28
Proven customer support experience.
V.good English language command.
Females are preferred
Location shubra
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
