Job Description
Answers customers questions on shoes and social platforms
Handling tasks for teams groups ( customers problems or requests )
Get Customers feed backs and reviews
Job Requirements
Work experience as a Customer Service or similar role
Work experience as a Moderator
Good in English
Excellent Communication Skills
Excellent in handling customers problems
Solve problems
Experience in sales or customer service positions is a plus
Knowledge of Learning Management Software (LMS)
Familiarity with interactive learning activities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
BSc degree in Education, Human Resources or relevant field
Additional certification in training is a plus
