Job Description
Answer questions from Clientsand provide guidance and feedback
Anticipate escalation and take over calls when needed
aware of the companies procedures to guide over the phone
Measure performance with key metrics such as call abandonment, calls waiting etc.
Keep management informed on issues and problems
Job Requirements
Proven experience as call center in Real Estate or Banking
Experience in customer service is essential
Working knowledge of MS Office
Knowledge of performance evaluation procedures
Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
A results-oriented approach
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Ability to work under pressure
BA of any discipline
