Recruitment Specialist -3 Months Internship for Speakup
Internship Description
Source Candidates
Source and recruit candidates using a variety of outlets, such as job postings and social media, while effectively targeting the right kinds of candidates for the job.
Develop relationships with prospective talent.
Seek out and recommend creative new ways of sourcing talent.
Screen, and Assess Candidates
Schedule all interviews and then prepare and advise their candidates beforehand.
Review resumes, cover letters, and assess interview performance.
Internship Requirements
Fluent in English is a must
3 month Internship that can lead to an annual Contract based on performance and the project’s success.
Must be able to work form our Zahraa Al-Maadi office.
The candidate must be a great Communicator and takes Initiative.
Previous recruitment experience is a plus.
