Job Description
(Arabic Accounts)
Contact and follow up with potential or existing customers
Answer clients’ basics inquires
Ask questions to understand customer requirements.
Direct prospects to the sales team when needed.
Enter and update customer information in the databases
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Job Requirements
Proven experience as call center or telesales agent
Residence near Nasr City or Heliopolis is a Must
Experience in customer service is essential
Good English
Working knowledge of MS Office
Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
