Remote Call Center Agent – Part-time
Qualifications:
- Perfect English language skills
- Strong understanding of American culture
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Proficiency in data management and Excel sheets
Responsibilities:
- Conduct follow-up calls with customers to gather feedback and insights
- Utilize Google Sheets to sort and analyze data effectively
- Identify target customer segments for outreach
- Assist in developing strategies for customer engagement and satisfaction
- Collaborate with the team to implement improvements based on collected feedback
- Wear multiple hats and contribute to various aspects of our startup operations
Compensation:
- Hourly rate: $3.23/hour
- For each feedback you successfully get, it will be an extra hour of pay!
