Job Responsibilities:
Maintains applications support processes, and checks that all requests for support are dealt with according to agreed procedures.
Uses application management software and tools to investigate issues, collect performance statistics and create reports.
Hiring the right candidates with right technical and soft skills on time.
Responsible for assessing, training, and motivating people and optimize productivity within the workplace by promoting professional growth.
Manage teams to secure successful delivery.
Support Division head in IT strategy implementation.
Secure clear possession of problem identification, its analysis, impact analysis and solutions
Evaluate all problem and impact analysis.
Prepare management report to review same for precision and totality of contents.
Supervise everyday requests for matters related to growth, resources and vendors and resolve issues related to production and development
Administer all implementation issues and generate short-term resolution, as well as long term preventive measures for development and escalate to the incident manager if needed.
Projects are being delivered with quality and on time.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or computer engineering or equivalent professional degrees.
Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in same function.
Certifications in relative fields.
DevOps.
Cloud Computing.
Full stack of HW, OS, and Software.
Development skills.
Scripting.
SQL troubleshooting.
Ability to learn specific software.
Ability to diagnose & address application issues.
