Customer Service Coordinator for Misr Elkheir
Job Description
Meet and greet walk-in all Customers (beneficiaries or donors).
Acquainting the clients with service offered by the foundation.
Updating the clients with the foundation of new services and campaigns.
Respond to all donor’s queries in a safe, timely professional manner.
Preparing daily / weekly reports about the beneficiaries/donors.
Communicate positively with all involved parties in order to facilitate customer’s inquirers.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Years of experience 1 -3
Strong verbal communication skills.
Demonstrates a positive, enthusiastic, friendly attitude
Teamwork spirit
Customer Service Oriented.
Resident from Cairo is a must
Residents of rehab , elshrouk , eloboor , Nasr City or Heliopolis are preferable
