Job Description
Find suppliers and conduct deals with them& Negotiate prices with suppliers based on a given budget
Submit and reconcile expense reports.
Managing delivery of gifts and phones with the delivery company
Run the department’s errands such as CPA application, buying gifts and phones
submit Transportation tasks of the gifts and phones
Job Requirements
Proven Administration or purchasing experience.
V.good English language command.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
Excellent communication and Negotiation skills.
Flexible with travelling and familiar with over time.
Males are preferred.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
