LEO Trading Agency is a LLC specialized in trading agencies and operating franchise models. We are a Vodafone partner since July 2012 and own and operate 31 Vodafone express stores across Egypt. Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Representative located in our 6th of October office. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for answering phone calls from customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving complaints or issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will also need to maintain accurate call logs and utilize computer programs to access customer information and assist with inquiries or troubleshooting.

Qualifications
Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
Excellent Interpersonal Skills for communicating with customers and colleagues
Strong Computer Literacy skills and ability to navigate various computer programs
Experience in a call center or customer service environment is a plus
Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
Fluent in Arabic and English, additional languages are a plus
Minimum of a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree is a plus
