Job Description
Full-time, on-site position in Qesm El Maadi.
- Provide administrative support and assist with office operations and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless coordination.
- Maintain files, order office supplies, and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative support role.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in office management software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs/Sheets).
Job Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with event planning and coordination is a plus.
- 2 days off per week.
- 9-hour workdays, including a 1-hour break.
