Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Advisor located in 6th of October and Maadi. The Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving customer issues and complaints, providing customer support via phone and email, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring customer happiness. The Customer Service Advisor will also be responsible for maintaining customer data and documenting customer interactions.

Job Requirements:
English Level B1+, B2 and C1
Grads only

Salary from £6,000 to £12,000
