Job Description
Submit monthly and quarterly training plans and reports.
Make coordination department strategy for the company.
Develop the skills and do internal training for the coordination team.
Review the calendar on Odoo software daily, Google Sheets, and Google Calendar and revise tasks for all team members.
Support in developing the Odoo & CRM software for the coordination module.
Sending daily tasks emails to the team.
Reorganize the schedule according to Training course capacity.
Coordinate between Sales, Marketing, Admin & instructors.

Recheck and report to the manager about the course evaluation for any issues.
Check, Supervise, and reorganize attendance and junior admin tasks.
Monitor the quality of the course and develop and submit reports on every course.
Support in the training development to achieve more spread of the country by searching for new partners in other countries.
Make quality assurance calls to students to find out their opinion and get Facebook reviews.
Submit monthly training status report.
Handling students’ complaints.
Report to the manager about any complaints.

Job Requirements
+3 years of professional experience.
Experience in Training Centers is a Must.
E-Learning background.
Online training & Courses.
Excellent communication, and leadership, skills.
Excellent Analytical skills.
