Review all costs associated with food and beverages up to date and work on preparing recommendations regarding deficiencies, if any.
Ensure that the regulations approved by the company are applied in purchases, stores, and food and beverage outlets to take the necessary corrective actions.
Conduct the daily, monthly, and sudden inventory audit of all his/her concerned places.
Assist in preparing a statement of the deficit or increase resulting from the inventory operations and match that statement with the books and sales records periodically.

Track product manufacturing in all stages of preparation, in cooperation with the chefs.
Follow-up the receiving F&B goods received at warehouses or outlets.
Receive the documents used in the food and beverage department such as checks, inventory, and analysis documents, and match them with the purchase orders.
Ensure the terminated items are done according to the set policies and procedures.
