Job Description
We’re looking for an energetic & driven individual determined to create a flawless customer experience and is looking to join a team that aims to help people move their businesses online.

Job Description:
Communicate with customers over Calls, Emails and messages
Gather feedback from users on our website
Contact & constantly follow up with active customers
Build a long-term relationship with our existing customers
Interact with users on all communication channels
Research new methods to enhance the customer experience

Job Requirements
Fluent in English
Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
Proven work experience as a Customer Success Specialist or similar role
You need to be excited to work in a fast-paced environment with constant change and growth
Excellent computer skills
Excellent in reporting
Ability to manage multiple customer accounts, projects and deadlines simultaneously
You have the ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively
