About Media Phoenix:
Media Phoenix is a vibrant and expanding company in the media industry. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team remotely.
Responsibilities:
Manage schedules, arrange appointments and provide reminders.
Handle inquiries via email, ensuring effective communication.
Organize and maintain files and records; update when necessary.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Develop and maintain a filing system.
Be a point of contact between the executives and company employees/clients and manage information flow.

Requirements:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
Detail-oriented with a knack for organization.
Resourceful and efficient, capable of handling a variety of tasks simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite and familiarity with other office management tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
