Shgardi is food delivery company with more than 2M users and 150k couriers, and 200 employees. The company is located in Cairo & Saudi Arabia, and considered as one of the top fast growing startup in the region.

Job Description
We are hiring an “ Operation Agent ” to manage customer queries and complaints.
Increase the level of customer satisfaction which is the company’s first priority.
Receiving the couriers/customers issues through our support channel “ Web chat ” then solving them.
Tracking orders and calling the pending orders’ beneficiaries to solve any pending issue related to the orders.

You may responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
Contacting potential customers to inform them about services.
The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

Job Requirements
Experience “ Operation – Tele sales – Logistics ”
Bachelor’s Degree, and undergraduate welcome to apply.
Ready to start immediately.
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
Very Good to use Excel and Google Sheets.
Ability to multi-task, organize.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Maximum Age : 26 Year.

Working Location : Maadi.
Working Days: 5 Days.
Days off : 2 Days Rotational.
