Job Description
Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
Researching required information using available resources.
Scheduling customer Appointments
Confirming Appointments Handling patients’ issues and complaints
Getting daily feedbacks from patients who received services in the clinic daily through one-to-one phone calls and e-surveys
Updating the responsible person with the feedback & complaints received.
Completing Call logs and and reports.

Job Requirements
Excellent Communication Skills
University Degree
Very good command of English
2-5 years of experience in call center environment
Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately

Salary:
5500 To 6000 EGP Per Month, Profit Share
