Social media Moderator for DFA

About the job
DFA is seeking a highly motivated Social media moderator with a passion for customer service to join our educational institute. As a social media moderator responsible for moderating posts on social media in addition to handling customer inquiries through WhatsApp, Messenger, and calls, your primary responsibility is to ensure that customers receive timely and accurate responses to their queries.

Here are some of the key responsibilities that you should keep in mind:

Responsibilities
Respond promptly: Customers expect quick responses, so it’s essential to reply to their messages or calls as quickly as possible. Aim to respond within a few hours during business hours, and within 24 hours during weekends and holidays.
Provide accurate information: It’s important to provide customers with accurate and relevant information that addresses their queries. Make sure to double-check facts and figures before responding to ensure that your responses are correct.
Be courteous and professional: As a social media moderator, you are representing your company, so it’s important to maintain a professional and courteous tone in all your communications. Use proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation, and avoid using slang or inappropriate language.

Solve problems: Customers may reach out to you with complaints or issues, and it’s your responsibility to help resolve them. Take the time to understand the customer’s problem and provide a solution or escalate the issue to the appropriate department if necessary.
Moderating and Monitoring social media channels: In addition to responding to direct messages, it’s essential to monitor your company’s social media channels for any comments or reviews that may require a response. Respond to positive reviews and comments, and address any negative feedback in a professional and constructive manner.
Keep records: Keep track of all customer interactions and inquiries in a CRM system or spreadsheet. This will help you stay organized and ensure you can quickly access customer information when needed.
