Job Description
Senior Social Media Moderator Position:
We are looking for a Social Media Moderator:

The Senior Social Media Moderator will moderate all the necessary marketing channels to convert leads into sales and promote all Imart’s products and services.
This job is crucial to Imart as you will be the face of a growing startup, ready to disrupt our industry!

Key Job Responsibilities:
Converting social media leads to sales
Communicates with followers as well respond to any questions/queries and monitors reviews across all social media platforms.
Managing and responding to all messages, comments, and website queries in a timely manner
Responsible for contacting customers and filling in feedback forms.
Hire, lead, and develop a customer service team that will strongly build and represent our new brand!

Marketing Fundamentals:
Understanding of marketing fundamentals
Have 3+ Years of moderation experience.
Strong Crisis management skills

Interpersonal Skills Needed:
Set the standard for operational excellence.
A strong, energetic leader
Have led moderators before
Working at a startup is a bonus!
